02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in texture.
03 - Pour the blended liquid through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher, pressing or squeezing to extract as much liquid as possible and discard the pulp.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness with additional agave or acidity with more lime juice as needed.

# Top Tips:

01 -
  • It’s the quickest way to turn leftover herbs and veggies into something spa-worthy.
  • The refreshing flavor is so satisfying that you never feel like you’re just drinking water.
02 -
  • If you skip straining, you’ll get a gritty texture that’s worlds apart from the refreshing finish.
  • Switching to warm water by accident leaves the flavors flat, so it’s worth chilling everything first.
03 -
  • Blending the herbs right before serving preserves their fresh green color.
  • Don’t forget to chill the glasses for extra coolness—like a little spa moment at home.
